Advertising Photography for Arsenal FC Clothing Range.
Last month was one of the most exciting for us as a company as we were presented with a dream opportunity- photographing Arsenal FC players to showcase the launch of their new urban fashion range.
Being a huge football and sports fan is part of the reason I became a photographer as I have always been fascinated by kit launch campaigns and have always dreamt of being able to shoot one. This shoot marked the start of something wonderful for us, we were asked to set up a portable studio at the Arsenal FC training complex and capture players Danny Welbeck and Ainsley Maitland-Niles wearing some of the new clothing the club is launching in March.
They were such a joy to work with having to adhere to a lot of promotion and press related responsibilities but were so enthusiastic and friendly which made the experience less daunting and more enjoyable and was definitely a shoot we didn't want to end!
The theme behind the campaign is urban industry so this car park provided the perfect backdrop for us with a nice moody tone. We can not wait for the imagery to be in use on the Arsenal website and also on display at the Emirates Stadium club shop!
